10 Super Foods You Should Eat Every Day

There are a lot of different kinds of heathy foods that help us lose belly fat while promoting muscle growth but these are at the top of the food chain. The great thing about these kinds of foods is that they do not taste bad, they fill you up fast, and of course their nutritional value.

1) Wild Blueberries - These go great in yogurts or in oatmeal for a nice twist. They are among the most antioxidant dense fruits out there. Full of fiber as well, it is hard to ignore the power of blueberries. I find that getting these frozen in a bag are the most convenient as well as the best tasting.

2)  Peanut Butter - Your mom was on to something when she made you all those PB and Js. Peanut butter is loaded with the good kinds of fats. You know, the kind that promotes fat loss. Just make sure you get the natural kind which has 4 grams of muscle fueling protein in every table spoon.

3) Eggs - Do not fall for the myth that by eating the yolks you will get heart disease. The yolk has most of the nutrients in it and half of the protein. So by throwing it out you are robbing yourself. Having omelets with veggies makes the perfect breakfast to wake up to in the morning.

4) Yogurt - It can be hard to get it down without buying the sugary kind. But you cannot ignore the nutritional value yogurt has like probiotics and the protein. It is better to have the sugar free kind with some fat in it. Have it with nuts and berries.

5) Oatmeal - Even though it is considered a main source of carbs oatmeal is loaded with soluble fiber and whole grains. If you were worried about increasing your cholesterol with the egg yolks then have some oatmeal since it reduces it. I buy the quickie oats and mix it with an apple, cinnamon, and milk.

6) Spinach - Possibly the best leafy green vegetable you can have. It is loaded with nutrients that fight diseases and bone loss. Try cooking some in olive oil with pecans on a frying pan for a great side dish at dinner. They also go great in omelets.

7) Tomatoes - Tomatoes are loaded with cancer fighting lycopene which is more powerful in tomato sauce. So feel free to load up when having pasta. Fresh tomatoes are great for omelets as well.

8) Olive Oil - A great source of healthy fats olive oil is a key factor when cooking up something for more taste. It is also a great replacement dressing for salads.

9) Salmon - Loaded with protein and omega 3 fatty acids, salmon is one of the most healthiest meats you can have. Have it with lemon juice and pepper.

10) Oranges - Orange juice tends to have added sugar so buying oranges are the way to go. They are a top source for vitamin C that fights diseases.

Even though you do not have to eat them all every day they should be included for a great abs diet. By eating natural foods like these you will get six pack abs fast.
