A Sample Abs Workout for
Beginners
If you are out of shape or
just feel you are not ready to hit the heavy weights you can
still get six pack abs just by eating right and doing a bunch
of compound exercises with some ab exercises. There are a lot

This workout is just an
example. Of course everybody is different and prefers different
exercises to get great results. Just mix and match until you
have found a great workout you enjoy doing. Also do not be
afraid to try new things like doing variations of an
exercise.
Full Body Workout with Abs
Work
1) Warm up for 5 minutes by
jump roping or walking.
2) Do 3 sets of body weight
squats for 20-30 reps.
3) Do as many push ups as you
can for 3 sets.
4) Leg curls on a swiss ball
for 2 sets of 15.
5) Dumbbell rows for 2 sets of
15 reps. Use light weights
6) Ab crunches on a swiss ball
for 2 sets of 15.
7) Reverse crunches for 2 sets
of 10 reps.
Cool down by walking for a few
minutes.
Make sure you rest for about
30 seconds betwen each set. By doing an abs workout like this
for 3 days a week for 2-3 weeks you will get in great
shape and then you can get into more advanced exercises and use
free weights and a barbell.
