The author of GoodAbs.org Peter is an expert in fat loss and muscle building with years of experience. He has read many books and articles on diet and exercise. 

His Story

Ever since he was in middle school he was very active and played sports like baseball, football, and basketball. Although back then he never really knew too much about proper diet and exercise.

He enjoyed going to the gym during his high school years but mostly just did push ups and hundreds of ab crunches. His diet was a typical one for any kid in high school which was nothing but energy drinks and pigging out at fast food places with his friends. But since he was active it never really had a lot of effect on him.

He eventually got into reading and learning about how to build muscle and lose fat. He started reading Mens Fitness magazines and articles from BodyBuilding.com to improve his outlook.

So he changed up his diet to something less sugary and fattening than pizza and ice cream. He also began to do compound exercises at the gym while being careful not to overwork his body.

Eventually he got into great shape and is happy to share his expertise with anybody who wants to change they way they look. But most importantly feel better about themselves and achieve their goals. That is mainly why he created this site.
