Why Eating Junk Food is Not that Bad for You

Eating junk food is actually not as bad for you as you might think. I makes sense to avoid it at all costs if you want to lose fat.

But the truth is that as long as you eat junk food about 10% of your diet you will not gain fat and actually promote fat loss. On top of that eating less than perfect gives you variety and the opportunity to settle your food cravings.

After a long time of reducing calories your body goes into starvation mode which means that your body needs energy. You will stop losing fat and hit a point where the diet you have been on for weeks does not work anymore.

By eating junk food you will keep your metabolism on its feet and keep fat loss high. There is no need to feel guilty when going to a dinner party or having to stop at the vending machine because you forgot to pack your lunch for work.

If you want to really lose fat then you need to eat wholesome foods like lean meats, nuts, fruits, and vegetables 90% of the time. If you eat 5-6 meals a day then you can have 4 cheat meals a week that can be whatever you want even fast food. Spread them out so that you are prepared for any plans to go out to eat.
